Who likes being punished?

I recommend reading this article and sincerely analyzing your own view on health and exercise. In your mind, is it a necessary evil or a necessary benefit? Can you make moving and living enjoyable or do you always approach it the way you approach cleaning the toilet: painful but rewarding?
      I suggest having a complete mind revolution on the way you look at/think about health and exercise. Identify your purpose. Is it to be an example to others? Is it for your own wellbeing? Is it because someday this body of yours will be much less capable if you don't train it well now?
